Meet the Founder
Narra is led by Krystal Lai, a communications and strategic narrative advisor with a background spanning journalism, executive thought leadership, and stakeholder communications.
Krystal began her career as a freelance journalist, publishing across trade media and legacy outlets, including former Newscorp’s (now Alibaba- owned) South China Morning Post. She later founded and led a content-led communications agency, producing long-form features, press releases placed in global business publications, executive thought leadership, and stakeholder interviews.
Over time, her work has become increasingly focused on translating complex businesses and leadership thinking into clear, credible narratives.
Today, through narra., Krystal works directly with senior executives and organisations to clarify perspective, reduce narrative risk, and ensure leadership communication remains coherent over time.
